Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer service team within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Product
Carefully disassemble your X-Chair and place it back into its original packaging to ensure it remains protected during transit.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided shipping label to the box and drop it off at an authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method, minus any applicable shipping fees.
